At Peak Everest World Records, we are committed to providing professional record recognition services and high-quality certificates, medals, trophies, plaques, and related products. We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency regarding our refund and replacement policies.

By submitting an application, purchasing a service, or ordering any product from Peak Everest World Records, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Our Products and Services

Many of the products and services provided by Peak Everest World Records are personalized and custom-made, including but not limited to:

  • Record Certificates
  • Customized Medals
  • Engraved Trophies
  • Plaques and Awards
  • Record Holder Recognition Materials
  • Event Participation Kits
  • Premium Recognition Packages

These items are specifically produced using the participant's name, achievement details, record title, event information, and other customized content.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following fees cover administrative and verification operations and are generally non-refundable:

  • Record Application Fees
  • Registration Fees
  • Event Participation Fees
  • Verification Fees
  • Fast-Track Processing Fees
  • Administrative Charges
  • Digital Certificate Fees
  • Premium Service Charges

Payment of fees covers the evaluation, verification, processing, and administrative work involved in handling applications and services.

Approval or rejection of a record application does not qualify for a refund.

4. Custom-Made Products

Because certificates, trophies, medals, plaques, and other recognition items are custom-produced specifically for each participant, refunds, cancellations, or returns cannot be accepted once:

  • Production has started
  • Engraving has been completed
  • Printing has begun
  • Customization work has commenced
  • The order has been dispatched

Please carefully review all submitted details before confirming your order.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once customization, engraving, printing, or manufacturing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Peak Everest World Records reserves the right to determine the production status of any order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping all products. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or different from the approved order details, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

To process a replacement request, you must provide:
  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement approved for:
  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors caused by Peak Everest World Records
  • Engraving errors caused by Peak Everest World Records
  • Incorrect item shipment
Replacement NOT approved for:
  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer during registration
  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • The item was mishandled by the recipient
  • The request is submitted after the allowed reporting period

8. Digital Products and Certificates

Digital certificates, downloadable documents, electronic badges, and digital recognition materials are considered delivered once issued or downloaded.

As a result, digital products are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of technical errors caused by Peak Everest World Records.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, location, courier services, customs clearance (for international shipments), public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Peak Everest World Records is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Incorrect Information Submitted by Applicants

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, including spelling of name, record title, contact details, shipping address, and event details.

If an item must be reprinted or remanufactured due to incorrect information provided by the participant, additional charges may apply.

11. Refund Processing Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Peak Everest World Records.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.

12. Limitation of Liability

Peak Everest World Records shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, shipping delays, lost business opportunities, emotional distress, or third-party courier issues.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product or service.

13. Policy Updates

Peak Everest World Records reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
